As the visionary Founder and Director of Rapid Hospitality, Rakesh Awachat brings nearly three decades of unmatched expertise in the hospitality industry. Starting his career in smaller establishments, Rakesh quickly advanced to General Manager roles in prestigious hotels by 2002. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Rapid Hospitality, where he launched his first leased property in 2010, followed by additional successful ventures in 2016 and 2019. Focused on business development and guest relations, Rakesh’s leadership is the driving force behind the company’s consistent growth and innovation. His commitment to excellence and strategic vision ensures Rapid Hospitality remains a trusted name in the industry.
Abhimanyu Bhide
Abhimanyu Bhide, a seasoned hospitality professional with 28 years of experience, serves as the General Manager of Rapid Hospitality. A 1996 graduate, Abhimanyu honed his expertise during his 15-year tenure at Carnival Cruise Lines, progressing to senior management roles, and later made significant contributions to the Indian hotel industry. His multifaceted skills encompass operations, guest relations, business development, menu curation, and vendor management. At Rapid Hospitality, Abhimanyu’s mission is to deliver consistent and exceptional hospitality services while spearheading the growth of new properties, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction at every level.
