Rakesh Awachat’s career in hospitality spans nearly 30 years, during which he rose from junior roles to top management in various hotels. With a knack for turning around underperforming properties, Rakesh honed his skills in operational efficiency, team leadership, and, most importantly, understanding what guests truly value. From this experience grew his vision for Rapid Hospitality — a consulting firm that puts results first.

At Rapid Hospitality, we bring a fresh approach to the hospitality industry, backed by years of proven experience and a track record of success.

Founded by rakesh awachat in 2011, our journey began with a single small hotel, a modest property with only a few rooms and conference halls. yet, through sheer determination, quick decision-making, and innovative strategies, we doubled its revenue within the first 18 months and maintained steady growth for three years. this early success laid the foundation for our philosophy: achieve results quickly, sustain them long-term.

In 2019, we expanded to another property, where we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Each new venture reaffirms our expertise in quick, effective decision-making and our ability to negotiate the best terms, especially in competitive or downturn markets.
